    40 kW air-cooled rack
    $5,200–$12,000 /month

    Fits about four DGX H100 systems. The most common quote for a first GPU deployment.

    120 kW liquid-cooled rack
    $15,600–$36,000 /month

    GB200 NVL72 territory. Expect a liquid-cooling premium and longer lead times on top.

    Cross-connects

    Each fiber or copper link to a carrier, cloud on-ramp, or another cage is billed monthly per connection. Training fabrics that span racks may need dozens.

    Remote hands

    Reboots, cable swaps, and drive replacements are billed hourly, often with a monthly minimum. Ask for the rate card and whether a block of hours is included.

    Liquid-cooling premium

    Direct-to-chip and rear-door heat exchanger positions carry a higher $/kW than air-cooled racks, and coolant distribution units may be a separate capital or monthly charge.

    Setup and installation fees

    One-time charges for cage build-out, power whips, PDUs, and initial racking. Negotiable on longer terms.

    Minimum term and ramp

    Most high-density contracts run 24–36 months. Some operators offer a power ramp so you pay for committed kW as hardware arrives; others bill the full commitment from day one.

    Power metering model

    Quotes may be for committed (contracted) kW, metered actual draw plus a base fee, or a blended rate. Compare on the same basis before deciding.
